The Attorney that Other Attorneys Recommend

Jason A. Jenkins, Esq.

I am here to help. As a sole practitioner, I take a personal interest in my clients and their legal problems. I try to understand your needs and unique concerns so that I can properly represent and advise you throughout the legal process. Knowledge, experience and an aggressive concern for your interests are just some of the more significant benefits that I can provide on your behalf.

I am at home in the courtroom, having done my fair share of both bench and jury trials. Just as important as my trial work has been my experience bringing and defending motions in criminal courts. I have found motions to be a critical part of many criminal cases. Even before a jury hears about your case, motions can shape the way a case is presented, limit the types of evidence they can see and hear and determine other boundaries for your trial. In some cases, such motions on preliminary matters can impact your case significantly enough to require a dismissal or shape plea-bargaining. In areas that important, you want an attorney with experience like mine representing you.

In appropriate cases, I also rely on the solid experience of others. Depending on your needs and budget, I have access to experts that provide invaluable advice in both preparation and as active witnesses.

I know my community. I grew up in the Lehigh Valley having graduated from Allen High School in 1989.  I attended Rutgers University-Rutgers College, where I double majored in History and Political Science.  I went to Law School near Philadelphia at the Villanova School of Law.  After law school, I began my career in Philadelphia working eight years for some of the major center city firms like Margolis Edelstein; German Gallagher; Katz, Jamison Van der Veen; and Rawle and Henderson (the nation’s oldest law firm).”

My practice extends throughout Northeast Pennsylvania.  Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Lehigh, Montgomery Northampton and Philadelphia County are just some of the places I can handle your case..

When you come in for a consultation, if by chance I can't help you, I most likely will know someone who can and you won't leave without his or her name. But, if you become one of my clients, you will always rest assured that you have hired a dedicated attorney who is not afraid to do what is needed. Your case isn't about my reputation; it's about getting the best possible outcome for you.
